Easy Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is our highest priority. If you don't like a product for any reason, even if it is not our fault, you have the right to send it back for a full refund (minus shipping) within 30 days. You need to call (US at. 1-713-505-8092, CN at.86-574-865-3646) or email us (sales@2wplastic.com) prior to returning the product in order to receive the proper return address. If an item is returned to our billing office, it will incur a 15% restocking fee.

If an item is defective or damaged, we will refund the original shipping cost as well, and pay to have it returned to us. Returned items must be in resalable condition, and must be returned with the original carton, packaging and receipt. Used personal care products, undergarments, consumable goods and also shower, water and air filters (once used), unless defective, cannot be returned. Clothes can be tried on, but returns will not be accepted if soiled or washed. Hand made items (these are clearly outlined in the product description), unless otherwise indicated, incur a 25% restocking fee. There will be a 15% restocking fee for all products returned unless received defective or damaged. Cancellations of unshipped handmade items may incur a 25% cancellation fee (if the item has been made). Orders that are alive (such as bio-beneficial bugs) cannot be returned, but if dead will be replaced by us. All composters must be unused and in saleable condition, and are subject to a restocking fee. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

If Your Order Does Not Arrive

Please wait seven days to notify us if your merchandise does not arrive. We will then file a tracer with the carrier. Upon notification from the carrier of non-delivery, the merchandise will be replaced or a credit applied, or a refund check issued at your option.

Mail Order Damaged Merchandise

Contact the carrier who shipped the merchandise, for example your local United Postal Service (UPS) office. Require UPS, or whoever the shipper was, to return the merchandise to us. DO NOT RETURN THE MERCHANDISE YOURSELF Parcel Post (USPS). Retain all packaging and contact us at (713-)505-8092.

Biopla encrypts your name, address, credit card number and any other personal information using SSL (Secure Socket Layering) technology. SSL, the industry standard for secure online transactions prevents unauthorized access to your information so that your credit card number cannot be stolen or used.

The Biopla Secure Shopping Guarantee

Federal law mandates that if your credit card information is stolen, your credit card company may not hold you liable for more than $50.00, regardless of the total fraudulent charges. At Biopla, we go one step further.

Should your credit card number be stolen and used because of an on-line purchase you made with Biopla, we will make sure that you pay none of the fraudulent charges. If this ever happens, simply report the fraudulent charges to your credit card company according to their rules. If they charge you any part of the $50.00 maximum allowed by the Fair Credit Billing Act, Biopla will reimburse any amount up to and including $50.00.

To ensure the fastest delivery of goods to you, we'll ship your Biopla order by Fed Ex, UPS or the US Postal Service, whichever is most efficient in the circumstance.

Our shipping charges are as follows:

Due to additional fuel surcharges and the fact that some of our products are substantially heavier, bulkier or in the case of beneficial garden insects, alive, it is necessary to add a bulky shipping charge in addition to the regular shipping charge. This extra cost will be reflected in your shopping cart at time of check out.

All shipping charges, including bulky charges, are subject to change at any time and without notice. We at Biopla make every effort to keep your price as low as possible and we do not make money on shipping. These additional charges are only added to cover our costs.

A Word About Packaging: Being Green Means Shipping Green

Biopla takes the shipping of its products and the impact that we have on the environment quite seriously. We have written a little piece on how we approach the problem that we would love you to read. We also have articles in our Information section that deal with the bigger issue of whether buying stuff on line is green or not, including the question of whether shipping is green.

At Biopla, we realize that being green doesn't stop with the product. If you receive shipments from us with non-green packaging (e.g. polystyrene "peanuts"), we sincerely apologize. This sometimes happens because products are shipped to you directly from the Biopla in china manufacturer, using whatever they have available.

As we generate more business we'll gain additional leverage and be better able to influence the choices of our vendors. We are already working with our suppliers to provide our products in sustainable and innovative packaging material. We know it matters to you, so please take a moment to read the letter that we've sent to all of our vendors on your behalf.

In the meantime, recycling polystyrene packing material is easier than you might think. While most municipal recycling programs will not accept them, almost all retail packing & shipping stores, such as Mailboxes Etc. are glad to get them. Who knows-the new friends you make down at the shipping store just might come in handy around the holidays!

We acknowledge that multiple shipments can be a bit more awkward for you. However, we could never offer the selection we do, or learn what the consumer really wants, if we didn't start this way. Also, our business model is one of the few that has actually shown profitability on the Web. While we don't expect to stick with forever, it has served us well.

As we learn what our most popular items are, we are beginning to carry these in a centralized inventory. Soon, our vendor network will also allow us to find the most local source for a product you are seeking. This will allow you, our valued customer, to receive products shipped through a local outlet, saving shipping costs. This ZIP code lookup feature will soon also be able to route you to other local green services, as well as local retail establishments that supply green products.

Naturally, there is considerable debate on the subject of the environmental aspects of shipping multiple packages, and of simply buying things on line and having them shipped at all.
