Return Policy: No merchandise may be returned for credit without a prior authorization number. No merchandise, unless defective, will be returned for credit after 30 days from date of invoice.

Heat Disclaimer (Please Read): 2W-Products certifies that all corn-based products (PLA) are stored in our temperature controlled warehouse. 2W-Products is not responsible for any defects or deformation that may occur during transit due to temperatures over 110 degrees. Although we experience very few issues, DHL, FEDEX, TNT,UPS, 2W-Products, and other freight companies will not guarantee temperature-controlled delivery environments. Therefore, 2W-Products cannot take responsibility for any heat-related defects that occur during transit.
